You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Cancel order
You can cancel the order before the shipment number is issued, if you need to cancel the order, please contact our customer service. After the order is approved for cancellation, you will automatically get a refund through the original payment method within 2 calendar days.
If the order has already shipped, we can’t cancel the order for you, please review our Return&Refund policy.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Return Shipping Cost
You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Return Process
(1). To initiate a return or exchange, please email us your order number and product photo to support@oneall.shop. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization (RMA) number and return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the RMA number, the customer has 7 days to return the item, otherwise the return process will be terminated.
(2). Print and tape your RMA number we provided to the outside of your return package. The returned mail is then mailed to the attachment address: 123 Johnston Road, Llanishen, Cardiff, Wales, CF14 5HJ.
(3). Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.
Notes:
Use your own traceable and insured mode of transportation.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility for returns lost or damaged in transit.
We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Exchanges
We do not support exchanges, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for a return.
Gifts
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.
If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
